1) Find your bus route in the transit guide
2) Make a copy of the bus route page using the copier
3) Use a highlighter to mark:
    a. route on the map
    b. stop numbers on the time schedule
    c. departure time
    d. arrival time
             ***choose the stop that is before the one you need to be sure you are there at the correct time
             ***you may need 2 pages if you have a transfer
4) Print image of your final destination, glue it on the map
5) Scan the bus route page using the copier and file the scanned page under the Job Skills folder
6) Take pictures of the bus schedule post at your bus stop to identify the exact time to be there
7) Print the pictures of the bus schedule post 
8) File all documents with the Work Based Learning documents in your transition binder
9) Complete the bus transit planning template to advance your skills based on the information you identified above

DRIVER'S LICENSE


You will go through the following steps to obtain your driver's license. 

1) Pre-apply
2) Pass a knowledge test
3) Pass a vision screening
4) Apply for Instruction Permit
5) Pass the driving test
6) Get your driver's license

2) Read the Washington Driver Guide.
    Make an outline of each chapter in a Word Document while you read.

3) Take the DOL Practice Test.  
    If you miss 4 or more problems, continue studying.
